How Can severe Sleep Apnea Be Treated?

Hi. I have sleep apnea. I was at 77% usage. then the home health company switched my machine and mask..then I had abdominal annyrism repair last summer.I got extreme gas pain.my adomin feels like a soccer ball.pressure from pelvis to chest.when I did another sleep study last fall the same thing happened on different machine and full mask. I just cant use the machine and I don t know why.my pulmonologist suggested a full face mask which I haven t gotten yet. I don t feel that is the problem. any suggestions?????????
